ALOYSE is the indie-folk project of singer-songwriter Bernice Aloyse Pisters from Amsterdam, featuring the skilled contributions of drummer Daan Krijger and bassist Koen van Bemmelen. Inspired by indie and grunge from the 90's, as well as influential artists such as Jeff Buckley and PJ Harvey, ALOYSE's music combines dynamic vocals with acoustic guitar-driven compositions. Her songs resonate with authenticity, delving deep into the human experience and questioning the complexities of life.

With performances in venues such as the Melkweg and Paradiso, ALOYSE has already established a remarkable presence in the music scene. After the finals of the Amsterdamse Popprijs 2022, ALOYSE released the first single "invisible" during Popronde 2023.

ALOYSE's second single "wrong side of the bed - live" was released on February 9th. The one take recording explores the change in perspective one experiences after losing contact with reality. Inspired by a personal experience, ALOYSE hopes to create a dialogue about these common but rarely discussed experiences.
